This special course features seasonal ingredients that reflect the spirit of the season.The meal begins with appetizers such as sashimi of Haccho trout and amberjack, followed by refreshing chilled winter melon and edamame tofu.The meal continues with a rich and flavorful combination of dishes, including pureed grilled eggplant, baked hairtail fish wrapped in foil, and grilled domestic beef tenderloin.For the meal, how about tomato rice cooked with other ingredients, or as dashi chazuke (rice with broth)?To finish, we offer a light and sweet dessert of white corn and coconut mousse topped with passion fruit.
