This is a course meal that allows you to enjoy spring with seasonal ingredients and locally produced ingredients.For the soup dish, we have prepared a pot-au-feu made with Odawara fish paste and spring cabbage.For fish dishes, seasonal Spanish mackerel is marinated in salt koji and grilled until plump, and then enjoyed with a sauce made from local Ashigara tea.
